Andrea is great. We worked with her from 1500 miles away. She was always prompt in answering my many questions by phone , text or email. She sent me dailey updates of the Palm Desert market until I understood the values. Then she found us the perfect home....as she says,"it checked all the boxes". Andrea is excellent! She really listens. Other agents we have worked with sometimes dismissed our requirements and/or opinions - treating us like they know best. Andrea isn't like that at all. Very collaborative. She did a lot of prep work before listing our house on the MLS. Once it was listed, it sold in a week!

A Southern California native with a background in marketing, digital media and property management, I bring nearly a decade of experience as a trusted advisor to buyers, sellers, and investors across SoCal (Riverside, Orange, San Diego San Bernardino counties.)  

My mother was a serial and savvy investor, so I was raised with the real estate industry in the background of my life.  And during my “BRE” (before-real-estate life), my family and I also bought several investment properties and renovated them all because we actually ENJOY the work.

Since relocating full-time to the Coachella Valley many years ago, I’ve immersed myself in one of California’s most dynamic real estate markets, from golf course communities and seasonal condos to short-term rental investments in Palm Springs and La Quinta, a confluence of buyers and sellers merging together from all over the world. I know this market deeply, and I put that knowledge to work for every client.
