Quinn and Miki are a great team. We weren't sure about this market but they kept saying it would sell fast. Well, it sold in 5 days with multiple offers over asking! Their recommendations worked! They recommended staging which we were a little skeptical of but, the house ended up looking like some elses home out of a magazine - it was so beautiful. And the twilight photography that they also recommended turned out so well. Pretty much whatever they said, was true. Also, they were very responsive to texts and phone calls, addressing all our concerns and answers promptly. The only negative I can say is my poor husband had to rent a motel room for a few days because of the back-to back-showings! They are great people to work with; if we ever have the need or opportunity to work with them again, we would readily do so.She was always responsive, patient with our questions, and proactive every step of the way.
