I highly recommend Isabel and Caitlin if you plan to sell your home! They did a tremendous job selling my home in Deerfield. They had very strong data and presented it in a way that made it relevant and easy to use.I had a solid contract within 4 week of Isabel and Caitlin listing my home and it occurred during the December 2025 Holidays! What a pleasant surprise. They guided the sale through several inspections and negotiations and got a price I was happy with. Isabel and Caitlin took over from another Realtor who did not yield a result in 2 plus months, I originally met with Isabel and Caitlin in August of 2025, and really liked their approach, but I went with a Realtor I previously used, out of loyalty. After a failed contract and less than what I considered adequate guidance and communication I terminated the contract and called Isabel and Caitlin.
