She went above and beyond to sell my home—truly the hardest working and most strategic person I’ve ever worked with. From hosting open houses and accommodating showings at any hour (even a 10 p.m. showing so buyers could experience the “evening vibe”), to coordinating everything from power washing and window cleaning to touch-ups and staging—Jordan and her team handled it all, often the very same day. They made the entire process so easy and stress-free. When we realized buyers were holding out for two bathrooms upstairs, Jordan didn’t just talk about it—she made it happen. Within days, she had contractors on-site with plans and quotes. When another buyer mentioned wanting a pool, her contacts were there immediately with pricing and options. Her network is incredible, and there isn’t a problem she can’t solve for her clients, whether buying or selling. Despite how busy she is (I’m convinced she never sleeps!), Jordan always made time for every question, concern, or just to sit and talk things through. She has the biggest heart, and she doesn’t just act as your realtor—she becomes your advocate and your friend. Jordan also represented me in building and buying my new home. If something was needed, she was there including doing my final walk through when I couldn't be there and negotiating every detail on my behalf. When I closed on both the house she sold for me and the one she represented me in purchasing, she brought me the sweetest basket of gifts for my new home including a beautiful chinchilla throw for my new master bedroom. Jordan Hosey was a dream to work with. My wife and I were presented the opportunity to purchase a home she loved in her childhood neighborhood, but at the time, we didn’t think we possessed the buying power nor the credit to do it. Jordan helped us navigate a VA loan and did some MAJOR negotiating with both the buyers of our previous home and the sellers of our now-home. Within ONE WEEK, she had a buyer lined up to buy our home, AND she got the then-sellers to accept our offer. SEVEN DAYS TOTAL—and the deal was done. We were out of our previous home, at first not thinking any of this was possible, within 30 days. That’s the fastest I’ve ever heard of this process going. She was the BEST!
