From start to finish, Sarah and I worked to find a house for over 6 months!! I initially wanted a 'distressed' investment property. Because I was out of state, Sarah would go look at the houses for me and we would FaceTime. She went on the inspections for me since I couldn't be there myself. Every offer we submitted was beat out by a cash investor. But Sarah never let the disappointment get me down and we kept looking. I decided to move to Boise sooner than expected and my search turned from investment to home. I lost track of the number of houses we went to look at! With each one, Sarah stayed patient and excited with me. She knew we'd find the one. Eventually, a house hit my email because of a price drop. We rushed over to see it and decided to put in an offer. Coincidentally, Sarah knew the sellers. I was so impressed that Sarah was able to maintain such a high level of professional representation for us, her clients, while putting herself in an undoubtedly awkward personal situation with the sellers.
