I've been working with Edison for several years. He's been a great help in buying and selling my first home. I was able to buy under market value and sell above market value. I think this by itself says a lot on how good Edison is in this market. He's very patient and looks for the best interest of his clients. He's very detail on the houses he presented to me when I purchased my first house. Similar when selling the house. Edison was very well informed on how to advertise and price the home. I am currently working on buy my second home and Edison has been a great help and patient.
