Joe and his team were exceptional throughout my entire buying and selling process. I originally approached Joe and his team about selling my first condo and was unsure about how I wanted to go about selling the condo and buying a single-family home. Joe was patient while I took some time weighing my options and eventually found the right home (although I made quite a few offers on other properties that didn't get accepted). During the escrow process Joe brought out multiple professionals to help provide estimates for work that needed to be done to the SFH and helped navigate some issues that came up thoughtfully and patiently. He even came to my signing which I really appreciated! He also helped me sell my condo, again bringing in professionals to help prepare the unit to be sold and made the listing process seamless. We had an unfortunate circumstance with an upstairs leak into my condo right at the beginning of escrow and I cannot express how GRATEFUL I am that Joe was my agent because he went above and beyond assisting through the repair process and navigated the buyer's agent and buyer to help get the sale closed through multiple contract extensions and all the additional updates and disclosures we had to file during the process. Overall Joe wants the best for his clients in the long run and provides the utmost professional service, making sure you make the best decision for yourself. He is very involved throughout the buying and selling process, much more than other agents I've met and worked with previously and would highly recommend him to anyone else looking to buy or sell their home.

Joseph was not only personal, he went above and beyond to help us buy our first home. Should we ever need to sell or buy another property I wouldn't even hesitate on asking him to be our realtor again. He made himself available whenever needed (my boyfriend and I work crazy and opposite schedules so finding time was not easy). He wasn't above after hours phone calls, or weekend walk throughs. When we had ideas about what we wanted to do with the backyard, solar, and upgrades to our home, he got us in touch with contractors, got us quotes for a retaining wall, called around and gave us numbers to companies that he trusted and used in the past. He walked us through every document, every process, every meeting with mortgage brokers and developers and let us know exactly what to expect and gave us tips for our walk through all the way to the day we got our keys. And long after we had settled in, Joe called us up to let us know that rates were lower than when we first signed, and it was a great time for us to refinance and referred us to a mortgage broker to make sure we lowered our rate and saved us a few hundred dollars a month. He's just always got your best interest in mind, and truly does go above and beyond for all of his clients. There's no other way to describe him other than The Best.
