Jennifer found us a condo that suited our needs exactly and was extremely efficient at shepherding us and the sellers throughout the detailed complex buying process. Even across 5 time zones and 5,000 miles of distance, communication and negotiations went smoothly. Inspections were timely and she was careful to make certain that wiring fund directions were accurate to avoid possible scams. She paid attention to details and made every possible effort to keep us well-informed. As an agent, Jennifer is courteous and knowledgeable; as a person, she is a real sweetheart. About Jennifer

Aloha! My name is Jennifer Richardson, and I have been involved in the real estate profession for over 20 years. In 1994, after graduating with a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration from the University of Denver, I entered the real estate profession. My career in real estate and construction management started in Denver, Colorado where I worked for a leading home builder in new home sales, closing over 600 transactions in eight years. This led to working with a team on a lease-option program and assisting over 50 clients in acquiring a home.

In 1999, I married my husband Jeff and we were later blessed with two children, Alexa and Aiden. In 2004, we decided to move to the Big Island.  In 2006, I restarted my real estate career—this time on the Big Island of Hawai’i.

Living in Waimea—with our warm weather, gentle trade winds and beautiful ocean—brought to life my love for the outdoors. I am an avid enthusiast and enjoy being active in all our surroundings. Over the years I have cross-trained for a variety of activities and sports; however, my current passion is triathlon training (I invite you to join me in being active)!
