And had it not been for the diligence of Marie and Cindy of US Title Company we would have been in a most difficult situation. They went out of their way to contact me concerning what was taking place and immediately halted the sell. As a result my wife and I ultimately sold the property for a fair price. The hard work and professionalism of Marie made the sale very easy and we could not be happier.
