The Wallaces were hugely instrumental in our move from CA to TN. They helped us form a sense of community from the first time we met and have continued to keep us in that community even years after our real estate purchase. The time when we (early 2021) the market was filled with anxiety, speed, and a willingness to cut corners in order to complete a purchase. We never felt any of those pressures from the Wallaces. If you would have told me 2 years ago that I would be buying a home that I had never set foot in, I would have said you were crazy!! But before long, we found ourselves considering that very thing. As we coordinated a cross-country move to Tennessee, working with the Wallace group gave us the peace of mind to take finding the right home off our worry list. They videoed and zoomed with us walking through many homes. They were real with us when they viewed a home that they knew we would be disappointed in. They were patient with us and honored our financial priorities, even in an extremely competitive market. They ended up finding us the perfect home in a great neighborhood. When we arrived and first stepped foot in our new home, there were zero surprises- something that was not the case in past homes that I had visited several times before purchasing! The most difficult part of our move, was when the movers that were supposed to unload the moving truck canceled on us 45 minutes before they were supposed to arrive. The Wallace group came to the rescue even then and connected us with their local network to find help with unloading the moving truck. Since our move, we have recommended the Wallace group to multiple friends and family looking to move to the area, and would absolutely use them again!

I can't say enough about how awesome Casey and Kyle Wallace are. Our TN dream turned into a nightmare when the builder we had been working with for 6 months suddenly cancelled our contract and returned our deposit. Casey and Kyle stood by us through the whole ordeal. Casey went to work finding us a better house, eventually getting us an off-market deal that we just closed on today. They got the deal the old fashioned way too by honestly getting to know the seller's story and finding out what was important to him. They helped us get the best price possible, even though every dollar they saved us meant a smaller commission for themselves. At one point we were so desperate that we were considering moving down to a lower price bracket where we could easily swoop it from someone else. Casey apologized that she couldn't show that lower priced house to us because she was already working a deal on it for another client. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that they work as hard and treat their clients with the same importance whether it's a $350k deal or a $1.8M deal. If I could only give a one word review, it would be this: integrity. I couldn't be happier with our experience with them.

About Kyle

Hi! I am Kyle Wallace, Realtor and Founder of Wallace Group.



My wife Casey and I are California transplants, and love the life we have just outside Nashville, in Franklin Tennessee.



While I love real estate and helping out our clients, my true passion is being a husband to Casey and father to our wonderful four children; Levi, Ellie, Emma, and Luke. 



I love to help navigate this process with my clients with the heart of a teacher. My commitment to my clients is to always put their best interest first. My job is to educate, get to know my clients “big why,” and do everything in my power to make sure my clients transaction is as profitable as possible.



It’s a rare combination to have someone that understands the financial and emotional impacts a real estate transaction can have on a family. That is something I take very seriously, and I look forward to helping out your family!



When I founded Wallace Group, I made a commitment to do real estate differently. I believe it is possible to be mindful of sound investment strategy AND mindful of the emotional aspect of any real estate purchase. While there are investors, most residential real estate transactions are for primary residence. Behind every door is a family and 9 times out of 10, that family is buying/selling due to a big life change. Those changes can bring both seasons of joy and sorrow, addition and subtraction.



The home is typically the largest investment most have, and yet, it’s the hub of emotion and stability in the American family. I find it vital to train all of our staff to understand these lines are crossed daily with our clients. There will be some that are numbers driven, and some that are emotion driven. Our job is to understand our clients needs, preferred form of communication, and how they process information. We take all of this information, and put together a personalized plan for each family. We sit as a staff and pray for our clients. We collaborate weekly on how we can best serve the needs of each client, and we execute with passion and excellence.
