If I could rate Humboldt Premier Properties higher than 5 stars, I would. When a loved-one of mine passed away unexpectedly, and left me a property hundreds of miles away from where I live, I felt lost. I found Felicia and Mark Costa here on Google, sent them a message and heard back the next day that they wanted to stop by and see the property. They helped me every step of the way of the long process of preparing the house for sale, finding buyers, and closing on a deal. Felicia and Mark went above and beyond in every way, being very quick to communicate, coordinating house cleaners and liquidators, finding buyers, and more. There are not enough stars available to rate Felicia and Mark Costa of Humboldt Premier Properties. I give them a million stars and would never consider looking for anyone else! My mom passed away in 2022 and my siblings and I found ourselves with 3 properties to sell. We all live out of state and I had no experience selling houses and did not know who to call. Then I remembered that Felicia sold my dad's house when he moved away about 5 years ago and had a great experience, so with nothing else to go on I called Felicia. Boy am I glad I did!! Felicia and Mark had recently opened their own agency, Humboldt Premier Properties, and they could not make a better team. Team Costa was super responsive, patient explaining everything to me, professional, able to recommend contacts for needed work and inspections, and was basically my boots on the ground in Eureka during times when I could not be there. When the offers came in, Team Costa facilitated the sales quickly. The only con is they don't live near me and I won't be able to use them when I sell my home.
