5 stars is not enough for Nick! He was so helpful and patient with me while I was looking to buy my first home. We saw sooo many houses and had to put in 4 offers before I finally got one!
He really gave great advice, and you could tell he really wants you to get the right home. P.S He helped me get a 1-year warranty and the Lawyer I used told me he got me a GREAT warranty; way better than most people get. Thankfully I haven't had to use it but it is just one of the ways Nick went above and beyond.
