Selling (or buying) a home is never easy. It is demanding. There is so much involved: financially - emotionally and energetically. I remember dreading the prospect. Then we had the great good fortune to meet Linda. I can honestly say that after our first meeting we relaxed. Her expertise - her dedication and her clear and complete interest in meeting our needs was immediately apparent. She anticipated "everything" for us. Our house was on and off market for over 2-1/2 years - she sold it in 6 weeks. There wasn't a moment in the process when we did not feel that she was by our side. She gave us very good advice - was always encouraging - and was always - always and I mean "always" available. (I really cannot figure out how she managed that). There is a reason that folks sit down and write wonderful reviews - such as she has on her website. That reason is that she absolutely delivers and we are filled with appreciation.

Linda was simply incredible to work with, from her first look at the house through closing. I love watching people who are really good at their jobs do their jobs, and Linda falls in the "exceptionally good" at her job category. In addition to her real estate knowledge base, understanding of shoreline real estate trends/pricing, and contact options for repair work, I particularly appreciated her honesty, integrity, and availability.
