Edite embarked on her real estate career in 1988 with Coldwell Banker, swiftly rising to prominence as one of the top-performing agents, earning numerous multi-million-dollar awards. Her dedication and expertise led her to obtain her broker's license, after which she founded a successful independent agency. Demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit, Edite later acquired a national franchise, Realty Executives, and expanded the company to include a robust team of 24 agents and staff.
With comprehensive experience across all facets of the real estate industry, Edite has adeptly assisted buyers and sellers, including first-time homebuyers and luxury property clients. For the past 15 years, she has honed her focus on new construction, serving as the Sales and Marketing Director for a prestigious luxury townhome community. In this role, Edite collaborated closely with developers to design floor plans tailored to the needs of discerning buyers, and expertly staged, marketed, and sold the new homes.
Returning to her roots, Edite is now a Broker Manager at Coldwell Banker, where she began her illustrious career. She finds immense joy in coaching and mentoring her agents and recruits, fostering their growth and helping them build profitable businesses.
