I have had the pleasure of using Rita's skillset to both sell a house and buy a house in the last couple of months. I was extremely impressed by her ability to switch context. When we listed the house, she provided valuable insight on positioning it, arranged for a showing in 24 hours and received 2 offers in the 24 hours to follow. The sale went smoothly and concluded to the best outcomes not only for myself but for the buyer as well. Soon after we signed the offer, we turned our attention to finding the right house for me to move into. She was very patient and has taken all the time needed to get me comfortable with my choice. Given that the new place is a contingent, we had to navigate the water of moving from one place into the second, dealing with two title companies. Everything was smooth. Rita is so professional, personable, and polite. Responds to your questions even when she was on a cruise ship! Yep, when we called her to sell my mother's house in Plano (April, 2023) she had already booked her trip but she did what was necessary to get wifi on that trip and the house was under contract before she returned. Above and beyond, she is simply the BEST at what she does! This was the 2nd time she has made our selling experience amazing. Back in Sept. 2020 she sold our home in Garland and it was so awesome that's why I called her again. Thank you so much Rita Ferris, our only realtor!
