About Annette

Annette Power has been assisting in managing her mother’s real estate investment company since 2002, working primarily in San Antonio, Rockport, Texas, and Pompano Beach, Florida. Through this experience, Annette has gained extensive knowledge in property research, attending auctions, the bidding process, property renovation, flipping properties, renting properties, working with tenants, collecting rental income, and protesting property taxes. She values the mentoring from her mother, who has taught her the importance of exceptional customer service, satisfaction, retention, and rapport.

Born in Houston, Texas, Annette was raised in the Southern states due to her parents' automotive businesses. She has instilled community service values in her children, and together, they have volunteered with organizations such as Coastal Bend Troop Support, Scallywompus Marathons, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and the San Antonio Humane Society.

Annette continues to pursue real estate ventures and is obtaining certifications for Farm and Ranch Real Estate; and Global Luxury. She also has a well-rounded work related and educational background in Certified Nurse Aide, Home Healthcare, Emergency Medical Technician training, Law Enforcement training, Security, Public Relations, and Sales.
