About Eric

Eric Whitlock started his real estate career in 2010 with HUNT Real Estate ERA. In addition, Eric was also licensed with HUNT Commercial Real Estate from 2011 until early 2023, where he began operating exclusively with HUNT Real Estate ERA. As of 2024 he has accumulated close to a decade and a half of real estate brokerage experience.

Eric is known to be detail-oriented, approachable, adaptable, and adept at navigating the complexities that come with working with a lot of different personalities. ​​​​​Much of his exclusive client base has also been with many who knows him, also high net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, investors, business people, local television, radio personalities, referrals and those in education.

MILLION DOLLAR ​​MASTERMIND:​​​​​​​

In 2014, Eric had a rare and unique opportunity that changed his life and career with the opportunity to network with other Brokers around the US and also receive some exclusive luxury real estate training and opportunities with celebrity Realtors who star on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing. These took place in New York, Miami, & Beverly Hills.

Eric participated in an 8-week webinar with Fredrik Eklund, of Bravo's Million Dollar Listing NY, to learn his story and how he came from Sweden and became the top agent team nationwide. 

In February Eric flew down to Miami and participated in a fund-raiser, hosted by South Florida Luxury Real Estate Broker David Kurz, that included a red-carpet mixer featuring Bravo's Million Dollar Listing LA stars Josh Flagg, The Altman Brothers, Josh Altman and Matt Altman.

Additionally, a few weeks later; after the the end of the 8 week webinars with Fredrik Eklund, Eric traveled to New York to meet The Eklund Gomes Team. Eric participated in real estate group discussions, and tour luxury condo listings in Manhattan, Soho and Tribeca, followed by networking dinners.

In April of the same year, visiting Los Angeles, Eric attended the annual ERA International Business Conference. Eric reconnected with Josh Altman (keynote speaker of ERA IBC 2014), Matt Altman and Heather Altman at a Beverly Hills hotel for an afternoon speaking engagement. Eric toured the Altman Brothers luxury listings in the Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills and Bel Air (the platinum triangle of real estate) ​​​, followed by a networking dinner at a Beverly Hills restaurant.​​​​​​​ ​
