About Nicola

Nicola Delapenha is a licensed realtor and Luxury Home specialist in Jamaica. She started her career in sales as co-owner of one of the most popular boutiques in Kingston and after 16 years she made a natural progression to real estate when she moved with her husband and two children to Montego Bay in 2002.  She immediately became a top producer and has consistently received international awards and recognition including the prestigious President’s Circle and President’s Elite awards for her gross sales. She has been interviewed by US publications such as USA Today regarding the market trends in Jamaica and frequently lists and sells luxury villas and cottages at the Tryall Club and Round Hill resorts.
