In April 2021 my husband and I decided that once retired, we wanted to live near St. Augustine, FL. We sincerely had no idea exactly where or how to go about finding what we only dreamt of having. By the grace of God, we came across an you tube video entitled TOP 10 REASONS I LOVE NOCATEE by Tara Belanger. We could not help but agree with Tara that those are the top reasons anyone needs to live a happy, vigorous life, surrounded with positive energy. Also impressed with Tara’s friendliness and calm demeanor, we decided to ask if she was willing to help us find our dream home. Since we had very specific wishes, it was a long and arduous road to achieve our goal; however, without a shadow of a doubt with Tara by our side it was much easier and less stressful. Living full time in Pennsylvania and trying to find what we wanted in Nocatee was challenging, to put it mildly. It felt as if for 565 days Tara lived for us, always available and willing to do whatever it took to assist with whatever we asked of her. There were too many instances to name, when Tara thought of things we would have forgotten or didn’t even know existed. So many places she went to check things for us, too many texts, emails and calls she pleasantly answered in all hours of the day. Thanks to God and to Tara’s dedication, one day in October 2022 Marc, our little friend Henny and I woke up to this view, in the house we hope to call home for as long as we live. Pictures attached... We are quickly adjusting to our new and exciting journey in Florida, making new friends and moving on with our lives, but Tara’s loving, caring heart is still gently looking after us. At least once a week she checks in to see if the furniture has arrived, if we need anything, to let us know that there is a special event in the area we may not want to miss, or merely to remind us that she is still here for us. It is simply impossible to find words to do justice in describing how much we appreciate the overwhelming dedication, and kindness, Tara Belanger Bright showed us.

Tara was not only helpful in finding the perfect property for us to build on, she also helped us find the perfect builder. What makes Tara so unique among realtors is her after-sale follow up. If you need her for anything, she's there. As out of state owners, we were kept in the loop regarding construction because she would frequently go by the house to take pictures and videos and send them to us. We can't recommend Tara highly enough!
