Hye did an exceptional job of selling our home -- we moved to a retirement community and needed to sell the home -- facilitate an estate sale and move to our new homevwith as little interuption in our life style as possible. Hye supervised the picture taking and video preperation that was absolutely fabulous. We received a full price - all cash offer that turned sour after three weeks of discussion and Hye was able to get us free of that offer and vetted another buyer who purchased the house in a very timely fashion. She worked with the people doing the estate sale to insure the house was always in 'showable' condition and coordinated the mover's efforts so everything went smoothly and on time.
