What do Clients Say?

Sylvia is someone who is knowledgeable and extremely thorough. She is, by far, the best realtor/broker I've ever worked with in the home buying process. She walked me through this process effortlessly and her communication was top tier; I can't thank her enough for being a support system for me and my family. I will recommend Sylvia to anyone who is looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly competent realtor/broker in the future. Mildred, Denver NC | Buyer

Real Satisified

I've now worked with Sylvia to buy a home and sell two others. Her ability to communicate the details along the way is very comforting to me. She is also EXTREMELY responsive and makes herself available to answer any questions you have in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend her. Darren Williams - East Point, GA | Seller

Real Satisified

I've worked with Sylvia in the past with the purchase of my home and had a pleasant experience with working with her which led me to use her again in the selling of my home. Both encounters were smooth, simple, and I am grateful to have been able to work with her again. Sylvia is trustworthy, informative, knowledgeable and as always a pleasure to work with. Sylvia was a joy to work with. She made the process smooth and easy to get through despite the chaos of the market right now. She was a calm in the storm. I highly recommend her! ANGELA THOMAS, Atlanta, GA | Buyer
