I was visiting Naples when I decided that I might be in the market for a winter condo. A friend recommended Dan because of how well he worked for them. Dan jumped right in there helping me find properties for me to see that were right for me. Unfortunately for Dan, the property that I wanted was in foreclosure and had been turned over for auction. What this meant was complicated work and a significantly reduced commission for him.

This did not stop Dan in any way from treating me like I was a million dollar client! I will always be grateful for attention to detail and going the extra mile (or in my case miles) for me.

Having previously determined the builder and model of home we wished to purchase in the Naples area, Dan Worsdale worked very hard to find us the best location/value for our money. He quickly developed a rapport with us that enabled him to show us only those homes that he knew would be close to our expectations, and in the end, helped us to exceed them, and still maintain our budget. Because we were new to the SW Florida area (coming from Canada), he insured that we understood all of the aspects of our purchase, our responsibilities within an HOA, and was there to help and guide us as we took possession of our new home. The level of support provided by Dan during the entire process was exceptional, and he continues to be a valued source of support and information as well as a good friend.

Living in Florida since 1955 and Satisfying Buyer's and Seller's (along with Landlord and Tenant's) with their Housing and Property needs

in Florida since 2006 has been a Passion of mine. 

Being BLESSED to have Lived in The Sunshine State for 68+ years and moving to Naples in 1997 from Miami I found it hard to find a Real Estate Agent in the area to help me with my search for my home since the only free time I had was on weekends and it seemed Agents at the time had Banker hours and weren't available when I was so I ended up buying from a For Sale By Owner.

After Starting a Landscape & Maintenance Company after 10 years of working at Joe Robbie Stadium I build the Company Pro Cut Landscaping and Maintanence into 5 Crews of 20 employee's, 6 trucks, 6 trailers, and equiptment serving Home Owner's and Home Owner Association's untill 2005 when I sold the Company.

Thinking about my Next Venture I reflected on my Experience in finding my own Home in Naples and decided that there was a need in the Area for a Real Estate Specialist that could meet the Real Estate needs of people on their schedule and timeline so I became a Liscensed Realtor in 2006 and found that by just answering my phone would shock people thinking they would be leaving a message and waiting on a call back instead of reaching an Agent willing to Listen and Help them with their questions, needs, and willing to show them properties at their convenence. ( Funny but now if I don't pick up right away when a Client calls and I'm on the line with someone  else they worry something happened to me and follow up with a text about my health.)

By helping with Advise and Real Estate need's over the years it has helped me win Southwest Florida's Five Star Real Estate Award for 13 years.
