Hi I'm Regina Hunter Greenwood a seasoned and independent real estate Broker at Perch Realty Group. With a wealth of experience in the real estate industry, I took the bold step of establishing Perch Realty Group in August 2022.
In 2023 I took a reflective pause to hone my skills and knowledge of real estate, dedicating time to study the intricacies of the field. My commitment to continuous learning sets me apart, enabling and pushing to bring a level of expertise and insight that ensures Perch Realty Group serves the (community and clients) precision.
My passion lies in navigating the complexities of probate sales, inherited properties, from listing divorce estates to assisting clients in acquiring their second homes or vacation properties I serve the entire spectrum.
The dedication to my craft has led me to achieve the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) membership and complete the Agents Tools for Success program in 2022 and 2023. Looking ahead to 2024, I am poised to acquire additional designations, further enhancing my ability to provide unparalleled service our clients and team.
In the upcoming year, I have set an ambitious goal of assisting 24 families in successfully navigating the real estate landscape which will give you the level of support that one deserves. Whether it's listing divorce /probate estates and inherited properties, or managing real estate investment portfolios.
