Tawnia is simply the best! We were in the market for both buying and selling and Tawnia was the most professional, research driven agent I’ve ever met. When buying our new house all we had to do was give Tawnia a few basic descriptions of what we wanted and she would instantly come back with many viable options. She gave detailed descriptions of each home along with her honest assessment of if the house was worth the price. There was one particular house my wife and I loved, and we wanted to make an offer at list. After Tawnia did some further digging she advised us to offer below list because she didn’t think the house was worth the price. This simple act absolutely amazed me. Most agents would be thrilled at the opportunity for a higher commission, but not Tawnia. Well she was wrong, the house didn’t sell at the list price, it sold for $20,000 above the list price, in less than 24 hours! In both buying and selling our home we felt like we barely did any work. My only regret is that I cannot use Tawnia to sell my house here in New York. She did a fantastic job for us in shepherding my wife and I though the buying process in Seattle.
