She looks out the age of everything she can think of in the house to determine forseable future expenses, including have an eye for potential electrical, hvac, water heaters, structural and roofing issues. What she doesn't know she get a someone to confirm. She got a clear picture of what we wanted and then went hunting as opposed to going hunting without the understanding the vision.
