We worked with Gretchen on a really unique land project. We specifically were looking for several acres of wooded land near town with a house we could fix up on it. Gretchen was great! She showed us several properties- all exactly what we asked for. While we were inspecting the properties, she was always on the look out for potential issues that we would need to be aware of if we purchased the land. She was incredibly flexible and responsive when we made appointments or had questions. She has impressed me as being very smart, honest and hardworking. She was diligent and went so far beyond what I have ever seen a real estate agent do to help make our land dreams happen. We needed a new septic for the property we bid on and she even called around and got us quotes from septic companies. By the time all was said and done, multiple issues came up between the property and negotiation and Gretchen solved them all for us! I feel like God sent us Gretchen to help us. Not sure we could have done this with another agent. We are incredibly happy with our new property and consider now Gretchen a life long friend. Manhattan, KS, she’s lived in Northwest Arkansas since 2012. She obtained her
Associate of Science from Newman University (07), Bachelor of Science in
Medical Imaging(09), and MBA in Healthcare Administration (2014). Married and a
mother of two fantastic children, Gretchen originally found a career in Medical
Imaging.
As an Air Force Wife, she experienced the buying and selling process multiple times
and managed rental properties in 3 different states. Those unique relocation
experiences led Gretchen to follow her passion for helping others In a
different way. Her caring yet professional demeanor has made for a
