Heather was great. This was my 1st home purchase. At 1st I was stressed about the whole process because I was relocating from another city, 3.5hrs from Charlotte.Heather made it such and easy transition. I had many questions through the whole process. She answered each with patience. Even if it was my 3rd time asking some of them..lol. She took her time to get a sense of what I wanted and that was within my price range. She educated me on what to look for with hvac system and other things that are important to have a general knowledge about when becoming a home owner. I'm single and I was so grateful for this. She was also always very prompt when answering calls from me and prompt when meeting in person. If you choose her, you'll definitely be in good hands!
