Katharine “Katt” Watton continues her family’s legacy of superior service in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area. The daughter of a local agent, Katt grew up in real estate. She studied child development and family life and honed her innate sense of care in children’s ministry.
 
In 2009, Katt started a home automation company with her husband, gaining experience with residential and commercial properties as well as new construction. Katt decided to finally pursue her childhood dream and become an agent in 2016. She distinguished herself as a top 10 producer in 2020 and 2021. She also ranked on D Magazine’s Best Real Estate Agents list in 2020, 2022 and received the Leading Edge Society award in 2021 and had her best year in the business in 2022.
