About Laurie

Laurie along with Tim, work together as a Team, The Briggs Group, at Coldwell Banker Realty in Indian Wells. Laurie and Tim believe in applying their life values to their work. On every transaction, Laurie and Tim try to put themselves in their clients’ shoes and treat them the way that Laurie and Tim would like to be treated.

Both are originally from Canada. Laurie lived in Victoria, British Columbia for 20 years and later in St. Albert, a suburb of Edmonton in Alberta. Tim grew up in both Vancouver, British Columbia and Edmonton and later attended college in Edmonton and Tulsa, Oklahoma. Both first came to the desert as visitors, but the casual lifestyle, sunshine and fiends lured them here to live as full time residents.

While others say “full service”, Laurie and Tim mean full service. If their clients aren’t from the Greater Palm Springs/Coachella Valley area, Laurie and Tim take the time to educate them about the area, the very different communities and house types here, what they can expect for their money and the condition of the local real estate market. They pride themselves on excellent listening skills and a commitment to the very best customer service. Since many second home buyers and sellers can’t be here, Laurie and Tim become their eyes, ears, arms and legs on the ground; doing things like attending home inspections and finding contractors for pricing on renovations and repairs.
