Shannon Franzen of Coldwell Banker Apex in Tyler has been a licensed agent since 2001.  She represents clients all over east Texas in a variety of real estate transactions.  Shannon

has built a solid foundation of clients in this community, and is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to placing her client’s needs first.

Shannon studied Marketing at East Texas Baptist University and, thereafter, began working in sales.  She received her real estate license in 2001 and continues to leverage her knowledge and

experience to exceed her client’s expectations.

Shannon is active in the community and is a member of several community and civic organizations.

She is a past chair of the “Keep Tyler Beautiful” board, which works on beautification and litter prevention projects throughout Tyler.  Moreover, she is the Secretary/ Treasurer for the “Greater Tyler Association of Realtors” and has held multiple board positions with Caldwell Arts Academy P.T.A.  Further, she is an Elder at First Presbyterian Church in Tyler.

Shannon believes being involved in the community and its schools is integral to understanding the local real estate market.  In her free time, she enjoys quilting, crafting, and spending time with her

husband, John, and their daughter, Abigail, as well as her cats, Butter and Max.  Time with family is never something Shannon takes for granted.  She understands that home truly is where the heart is.
