About Brian

Brian McKinney has real estate in his blood as both his parents have been involved in real estate since his childhood. Their passion for the industry and strong work ethics was contagious and it was only natural that Brian eventually followed suit. Brian was born into a military family and quickly became a natural leader. As the oldest of three boys, Brian earned early experience by setting the pace for his brothers and leading by example. After high school, Brian joined the Army and became a communications specialist and later a medical laboratory technician. Brian’s military career spanned 10 years and he was privileged to live in such wonderful places as Alaska, Hawaii, Germany, The Philippine Islands and South Korea. After separation from the military, Brian and his wife Anna decided to make their home in the Greensboro area and are raising two children here – Morgan and Brayden. Brian’s roots are planted deep in this area as his family has lived here for 5 generations. Brian’s knowledge of the area, along with his large network of family and friends in the surrounding counties contributes to his expertise in finding exactly the right property in every situation. Working with people is one of Brian's strong points and he takes pride in seeing things through. Never one to leave things hanging, Brian is a strong finisher. Brian has been coaching girls' soccer for the past 5 years and feels that a lot of the assets of his coaching carry over into his real estate business. His fine attention to detail in teaching soccer skills has paid off with his teams' winning records and his 2021 undefeated season. Brian also enjoys camping, kayaking, fishing and traveling with his family.
