This was also due to Aimee's guidance on how to make the home show-perfect, and event assisted on getting lamps, chandeliers, rugs, and some Christmas décor to appeal to buyers. She also was always responsive to texts and emails, so we were never sitting and waiting for a response. The only hiccup was with negotiating, as we think she was too lenient with the buyer's requests, so we wished she was a little more aggressive.
