We connected with Kate through Zillow in December 2021 to look at houses in Martin county and St. Lucie county. She came very prepared for our first meeting, with detailed information for all of the properties we were scheduled to see. Throughout the process, she was very knowledgeable of the local market, neighborhoods, and patient with us while we struggled to find the right home that met our needs in a very limited market. We visited many, many homes and she helped us get our offer accepted by helping us put together a strong offer. About Kate

Kate Ward has been a resident of Saint Lucie County since 1986, when her family moved from Wilmington, Delaware to Fort Pierce. She was raised in White City, attended local schools, and graduated from Florida Atlantic University.   As a long time resident, Kate offers personal experience and knowledge of the area and real estate market. A former teacher, Kate educates her clients on the home purchasing and selling process and guides them through each step. She is licensed throughout the state of Florida, but specializes in the Treasure Coast. She can answer your questions on new construction, resale properties, home values, school systems, job markets, entertainment in the area, and much more.
