I was born and raised in The Triangle area and have lived in may of the towns/cities (Cary, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs and Raleigh) that make The Triangle the best place to live. In more than 25 years of real estate I have skillfully guided over 800 clients in selling, buying and investing as as representing new contruction developments including luxury homes. Due to my longevity in the real estate, I have gained priceless experience in navigating the most complex transactions and the art of negotiations. Consulting clients through hundreds of home inspectionsand by representing numerous builders, I have developed a keen understanding of property conditions. This knowledge provides a critical advantage to my clients.

I pride myself on providing the best real estate experience with successful results which is why I built my team, "The Partin Group" with Robbins & Associates Realty. I built "The Partin Group" so I can expertly advise my clinets at every stage of the process from the first time we meet to the day of closing. Along with my team I am thhere every step of the way to take care of the details.
