Even when I insisted on doing things in ways that she didn’t entirely agree with, she worked with patience and cooperativeness, without making me feel bad for having my own preferences and points of view. I also found her to be very down to earth and authentic, without airs or pretense, in a way that put me at ease. In fact, the feeling like I was talking to a friend rather than a salesperson is probably the number one reason I chose to hire her, rather than anybody else. 4. Intelligence. Audrey was very strategic, in terms of how she structured the sale. Without her intelligent strategizing, I’m confident we would have made a significantly smaller profit, with more problems, in the end.

*****Sale and Buyer Representation Audrey took on being a representative for us when we put our home for sale. Even though our house had a great location it was a bit challenged in the floor plan layout. She priced it right which is essential in finding a buyer and not letting the property linger. Audrey was very on top of things and communicative with dealing with the buyers. I would choose her as a realtor again without hesitation.

*****Great experience!! I am going to start by saying that I did not know the city of Cambria, I only knew that I wanted a house near the beach but I did not know where. I started to investigate and see different applications on the internet and I saw that in Cambria the houses were at a good price, so I started looking for a real estate agent, and thank God we met Audrey, She taught us everything about Cambria and gave us tour around the city and I really loved it!! *****Audrey Killick Gets the Job Done If you are buying or selling a home in Cambria, you want Audrey Killick to be your real estate agent. We interviewed Audrey to represent us in our purchase based on glowing reviews from trusted friends. She represented them in their simultaneous Cambria purchase and Morro Bay sale. They said she did a spectacular job in both transactions and this was a huge plus. But what clinched it for us in choosing Audrey was skills from her prior career in technical sales in Silicon Valley. We sensed that in addition to her obvious knack for real estate, her unique experience in analytics and negotiation would be a major plus in giving us a chance in a fiercely competitive seller’s market. We were not disappointed. Audrey beat the bushes for all relevant information on the properties we were interested in and assembled all the info we needed to formulate a competitive offer while making sure we didn’t overpay. About Audrey

 A career salesperson in Silicon Valley selling semiconductors for 30+ years, I feel lucky to have relocated to the beautiful California Central Coast to live and work. I got my real estate license in early 2017 and recently passed the Broker exam to gain more knowledge for my clients. I have enjoyed selling real estate based at a brokerage in Cambria but also working deals in other towns in San Luis Obispo County.

 After learning the ropes for my second career, I have been fortunate to have some good success with high end homes. My goal is to  always delight my clients. From my career in Silicon Valley, I take a more technical approach to my buyers and sellers and try and present my data to them to be as comprehensive as possible to help them make a decision on what to sell their home for or what to offer if they are the buyers.

 I often study other top realtors to see what techniques make them successful. I believe attention to detail is everything. Along with my negotiation skills from my decades of tech sales, my professionalism and reputation are both qualities I strive to always keep at the top of the realtor population in my association. I now serve on the board of our local 800 member association as well as on several committees. I constantly strive to obtain more knowledge to provide better service to my clients. Last year I passed the Broker test and recently got certified for Luxury Home sales with their recent class.
