Charlotte has enjoyed a successful 21 year career in Real Estate and has a total of 31 years experience in sales and negotiation.  She has earned multiple prestigious designations that include:  ABR, GRI, CNE, GREEN, LPS, and CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) from the National Association of Realtors. She has consistently been in the top 3 percent of Realtors nationally, since earning Rookie of the year in 2002.  Charlotte was awarded the Salt Lake Board of Realtors Small Sales Team of the Year award in 2011 and has earned the Distinguished Presidents Award of Excellence for Outstanding Customer Service. She splits her time between Utah and California where she holds dual Real Estate licenses. Charlotte loves working with her fabulous, longtime clientele.  As a result of her referral only based business model, many of her clients have become wonderful lifelong friends.  Her competitive nature, sense of humor, strong negotiation skills and devout loyalty and commitment to her clients, make her the go-to Realtor in Utah and Southern California. 

Her hobbies include tennis, travel, skiing, interior design, art collecting, exploring sunny beaches, and spending time with family & friends, especially her beloved Brussels Griffon, Pépin.
