I am glad to have the opportunity to let everyone know how skilled and determined Gina is. I have had over 50 real estate transactions in my career, and I have worked with many different real estate agents and Gina is one of the best. She communicates well, and never gives up. I am not your typical buyer or seller, as I often think outside the box to get a deal done. Gina has been there every step of the way and drove hundreds of miles with me looking for the right property. I am looking to relocate from FL to TN, and have had to do many of the searches and my due diligence from FL. She gathers all the information needed, and finds answers to all of my questions. She is not afraid to speak with other agents to get the answers to my questions, as well as copies of the sellers disclosure statements. She is also helpful in guiding me away from some properties when she has found that there may be some issues with the house our property. On one occasion, she had noticed from the ariel view, that there were railroad tracks near the house and there might be an issue with noise. She went to the companies website and found that trains past by every hour or so. I loved the house and property, but had decided to pass due to the info she had gathered. Every states real estate laws are a bit different and she helps me bridge the gap between FL and TN law. We have been looking for almost a year, and has stayed with me throughout, when others would have given up. She helped my son find a beautiful house a year ago, while corresponding with him and I throughout the process. She worked with his banker to make sure the property met all the lenders requirements, and was able to close the purchase with skill and precision. She is a 10 in my book, and I highly recommend her to help with all your real estate needs.
