About John

Clients and colleagues call John by his nickname, “Broker Brink”. He is the managing broker and owner of a premier real estate team in Florida and cofounder of a real estate marketing company. John is also a TV show host on the American Dream Television Network. His TV show is about real estate and the Florida lifestyle. If you Google “@BrokerBrink”, you can see all of his TV show segments and real estate market reports. 

Subscribers to John’s social media automatically receive his regular real estate market reports and the fun lifestyle videos posted weekly. 

John was influenced by two of his uncles, who were also real estate brokers. One uncle was a very successful commercial real estate broker in the Los Angeles, California area, and the other uncle was a highly successful residential real estate broker in the Tampa Bay, Florida area. Prior to his career in real estate, John was a Series 7 Licensed Financial Adviser and Mortgage Banker who assisted commercial real estate developers in connecting with financial institutions to develop land for residential development. 

Commercial real estate is never emotional. It is all about the numbers. One day, John helped a residential borrower secure a nonconventional loan to buy a home. The client was ecstatic at the closing table, and that made John feel great that someone expressed genuine gratitude for helping them buy real estate. From then on, John decided to devote his career to helping individuals buy and sell real estate. 

John has two published books available everywhere books are found online, including Books A Million, Barnes & Noble, and Amazon, where you can also download his Audible and Kindle Books. One book is titled "Buying Real Estate," which takes you through the process of buying real estate using smart strategies, strong negotiation, and honest communication. The other book is called “Selling Real Estate,” which describes the use of the Luxury Home Marketing skills that John has learned from his affiliation with The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Both books are written in the same spirit that John brings to all of his clients. He tells it like it is, keeps it clear, and keeps it useful.
