About Daniella

I am a Michigan native and a seasoned real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience representing buyers and sellers throughout Northern and Central Michigan. My approach to real estate is built on professionalism, market expertise, and a deep commitment to providing exceptional service with the highest level of discretion.

I earned my degree in Business Management and Hospitality from Michigan State University. Early in my career, I worked in the hospitality industry, sales, and property management—experiences that shaped my client-first philosophy and attention to detail. Encouraged by a mentor who recognized my natural ability for negotiation and relationship building, and inspired by my mother’s career in real estate, I obtained my real estate license and quickly realized I had found the perfect profession.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping clients buy and sell luxury waterfront homes, private estates, vacation properties, investment assets, and distinctive residential properties. My role is not simply to facilitate a transaction, but to guide clients through one of life’s most meaningful investments with thoughtful strategy, strong negotiation, and personalized service.

In addition to my sales experience, I have spent more than 14 years in leadership roles coaching, training, and supporting real estate professionals. I believe strongly in continuous learning and staying ahead of market trends so I can provide my clients with informed guidance and sophisticated real estate strategies.

I primarily serve Wexford, Missaukee, Osceola, and Lake counties, with experience extending from Big Rapids north to the Straits of Mackinac and beyond. One of the aspects of my work I enjoy most is introducing clients to the incredible lifestyle Michigan offers—from pristine inland lakes and waterfront living to golf communities, recreational retreats, and vibrant downtown districts.

Giving back to the communities I serve is also important to me. I actively support local chambers of commerce, charitable organizations, and housing initiatives such as Habitat for Humanity.
