I have known Jodi for many years and know her to be a person of her word. That weighed heavily in choosing her to list our home. I don't know many people who work as hard as she does. Jodi Warner was an amazing agent to work with! Moving from out of State to Texas, we were very happy to work with a local agent who's from College Station. She knows the city, housing market and real estate development areas like the back of her hand. That's very important when moving from far away with children. We wanted to make sure we were going to a great area that was family friendly with great schools. Jodi listened to our (many) requests and planned to meet us when we first visited from out of state. We were lucky to find a home on our short trip and we worked with her from out of state for several months preparing for the move. Once we arrived to Texas, she worked with us during our month wait to close the home. She's been there every step of the way and has answered all of our questions both big and small. We really appreciate having an agent who is honest and trustworthy and who gives great advice/opinions and suggestions to help navigate moving to a brand new place. Jodi was great with new home builds as well. She knows all of the builders and easily helped us work with the them to find the perfect new construction. Before we moved, she'd do video calls with us to show us the home as it was being built. Overall, we loved working with Jodi and any buyer would be lucky to have her as an agent.
