Togasii helped us find our dream home. We'd been thinking about moving to Bainbridge Island for years, and decided in the summer to finally do it. Togasii met us at the first home we looked. He was very knowledgeable about the area and there was no pressure at all with the interactions. He showed us a few more homes on the first day, and we decided to sign up with him that day. He quickly learned what my wife, my dog, and I were looking for in a new home, and did a great job of identifying potential homes and filtering out anything we wouldn't like. it was a difficult time to buy a home with multiple offers well over asking for our first few attempts, but he stuck with it and went out of his way to video potential homes so we wouldn't have to take so many trips over the ferry from Seattle. When we finally had an offer accepted, he was on top of all of the details and made sure we closed without a hitch. He even went above and beyond and followed up after closing on a few items. We highly recommend Togasii for anyone looking for a realtor.
