I was probably the biggest nuisance of a client for Mindy, because I wanted all the things that she didn’t like in my house! I wanted to be by the water which meant I had to be in a flood zone. I wanted it to be rustic looking rather than all polished-more like a cabin than a condo. And it had to be close to my grandchildren. Mindy found exactly what I needed. She just put her own preferences aside and said “I will find you the house” and she did! It took us months! We looked at tons of houses (at least fifty) but that’s the way it had to be for me. She was always cheerful, and super patient when answering my never-ending questions I can’t say enough about Mindy! Plus she had enough “bulldog” to go head to head with any of the other parties involved. When a house fell through after a price had been negotiated, but out of the blue the seller claimed a higher bid came in, Mindy made sure that I was reimbursed for the money I had paid for the inspection. She had the woman’s intuition, and a knowledge of structural issues that would rival any man!
