I started working with Emily under a crazy situation whereby I was on vacation but needed to get an offer to purchase placed on a hot duplex ASAP. She was incredibly responsive and helped me get everything together, buttoned up and an offer made within a couple of hours. That was just the start. Emily walked me through the whole process from the offer to the closing with every single detail brought to my attention. Emily Fulton was a consummate professional from the day we talked about listing our place until we closed. She made sure we understood every step of the process, and she was more than willing to go the extra mile, even during the covid 19 pandemic, to see to it that the sale went smoothly. She helped us determine a price, set up the showings, checked to see that the heat and lights were on and then off afterwards, talked us through the offers, advised us on movers, and picked up a few items that we had overlooked. She was always available when we had questions, and she checked with us frequently so that we knew just what was happening as we moved from accepted offer to closing. She's also friendly and personable. We were so pleased with this sale that we would happily turn to her again in the future. We met her serendipitously, but it was a fortunate accident. She would be a great choice as a realtor for anyone else.

I was in the mortgage banking industry for 20+ years as a mortgage originator (in Iowa I consistently ranked in the top 10% of originators nationwide), when it came to looking for business partners that I wanted to work with I had set very high standards. I wanted a realtor who first and foremost looked out for her/his clients best interest, was a great communicator with all the vendors involved in the transaction, provided timely responses to any questions/issues that may arise and was organized and efficient. All I have to say is Emily Fulton absolutely nailed all the criteria. I wish I had more business partners like her while I was in the business!!! Emily was absolutely awesome to work with while we were looking to purchase a condo (as a second home in Milwaukee). She showed us condos one evening while our daughter was attending orientation at Marquette. We were with her no more than 4 hours and gave her our wants etc. We left town the next day, and later that week she emailed me some additional listings, there was one that I was very interested in, so she Face Timed me while she walked through the unit . . . I felt so confident in her that we wrote an offer without ever being in the condo. Through the entire process she was on the ball and provided me all the necessary information to keep us informed and calm :) She understood my concerns after the whole house (inspection) and made sure that all my concerns were addressed (she did this with great empathy as well). Emily has gone above and beyond in providing me additional contacts for flooring, blinds and other miscellaneous contractors. Everyone she has suggested I contact has been so professional. I honestly can not say enough about Emily and her level of service and commitment to her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for property in Milwaukee.
