About Kathy

Growing up on Long Island, New York, I earned my BS in business and finance from SUNY Stony Brook and became a stock broker soon after graduating. I fell in love with the Wilmington area and its diversity during a family vacation in 2000 and couldn't wait to move my family and enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle. Soon after moving, I started investing in real estate and became a licensed broker in 2005 so I could help others. I quickly found my passion. Being a Realtor is not just a "job" to me! I have the personal experience and the know how to help you every step of the way.
