With the closing of my former house close at hand, I needed a new home for my family and didn’t have much time. I had spent months and countless hours looking for a new home with no luck at all. Much of my time had been spent visiting homes to discover they had accepted offers and a backup waiting list already in place! I was discouraged and very concerned about where my family and I would live. The closing was in a month. That’s when I turned to Meg. Meg understood how pressured I was and immediately researched and visited homes she thought I’d be interested in, then together we looked at what was available and fit my needs. Meg had an understanding of exactly what I was looking for and by being selective with the houses we visited I had adequate time to pack and organize my move. Meg streamlined the process and I quickly found a house my family and I fell in love with! Meg took care of all the closing details, and even arranged for us to rent the house for a week allowing a smooth transition from our old home into the new one! My family and I are so happy in our new home and Meg still checks in to see if we need anything. Meg exceeded my expectations and made the entire process such a positive experience.
