We had a really great experience working with Erica. She was very responsive, easy to work with, easy to schedule, kind, aware of our needs, honest, and not pushy. I rated her negotiation skills as excellent because I'm sure they are, but we didn't end up negotiating in our situation so we didn't have a chance to see this at work.
