Buyer ended up being difficult but Nima controlled the situation effortlessly and always had our best interest as his top priority. Getting divorced? Have a spouse not wanting to cooperate with the selling of the home or making demands/requests that seem irrational? Well, that is what Nima walked into. I warned him when he walked into my home that it was not going to be easy, and he could leave and not accept the deal to be our agent but he never left, he never left. I have been a licesned California Real Estate Broker since April 2005. I graduated from UC Davis and used my degree to become a Real Estate Broker. In my years of experience i have focused on residential homes such as single family homes, condos/townhomes, lots/lands and income properties.
