Her experience is vast from 22+ years in the United States Air Force providing quality of life services such as restaurants, entertainment, hotels, child development, youth services, recreational services, housing, etc., developing and redeveloping 2000+ rental homes, handling multiple commercial sales and lease transactions to serving on community boards in an effort to give back. As a Peak Producer (Top 10% in transaction numbers) in the Pikes Peak Region for three of the last four years, Kerri has proven she has a solid grasp of the Pikes Peak Real Estate Market and what it takes to be a step above the rest! Her team-focused, collaborative style has helped her build a solid reputation with professional peers across the spectrum.

Finally, to utilize her finance background and desire to provide full service to her clients, Kerri is a licensed home mortgage loan officer…giving a “one stop” opportunity to her clients.
