Kimi’s real estate career started in Kona in 1993.  Since then she has served in leadership roles for several real estate firms.  One of her favorite roles included acting as the Regional Director for over 65 real estate brokerages, where her primary goals were to increase revenue for her companies, and train agents to serve their marketplace with professionalism and integrity.

Real estate sales, property management, escrow, and board management are all encompassed in her experience and award-winning service.  She is known for her genuine care for those she serves.

Kimi has a people-first attitude, exceptional listening abilities, and an aptitude for implementation and follow-up.   Her past clients and employers consistently rank her as an exceptional business partner.

Kimi’s professional memberships include the National Association of Realtors, Hawaii Association of Realtors, West Hawaii Association of Realtors.  Always one to give back to her community, Kimi serves on the Board of Directors for Full Life Hawaii, a non-profit organization that assists developmentally disabled individuals.  She is also on the Board of Directors for the Kona Crime Prevention Committee, a non-profit which honors a police officer each month.

In her spare time, Kimi enjoys volunteering, outrigger canoe paddling, golf, tennis, and working out.
