SEARCHING FOR A WINTER HOME Searching for a winter home in North Scottsdale, my wife and I met Chris Cole at his clients open house. Chris was friendly, very receptive and really listened to our wants and needs. Upfront, Chris provided us the Home Buyers Guide to help us become familiar with AZ real estate. After our initial meeting, we flew back home and did a lot of research to provide Chris a list of homes for us to walk through. When we flew back into town, Chris had our list of homes scheduled over a three day period and during that time, he was very patient with us because we struck out and couldn’t find that “perfect” match. Chris didn’t give up and suggested more research back at his office. We were able to find and schedule a few more properties but still no luck. Late in the day, Chris suggested to look at one more home because he thought it would be that perfect fit. The homeowners allowed us a last minute walk through and the rest is history. Thanks to Chris, we found that “Perfect” winter home for our family and friends. Next came the inspection and the financing phase (which took almost two months). Chris was instrumental coordinating the inspectors and helping me with the process. With his inspection background, he provided me with very valuable information most real estate professionals don’t possess. During the finance piece, he was very professional, provided great advice, and worked diligently with the listing agents and my mortgage broker. We highly recommend Chris.

THEY PROVIDED GUIDANCE Chris and BJ helped us sell our existing home in Cave Creek. They provided guidance on preparing the home for the sale and advice on key elements buyers would focus on – good and bad. They knew the market and priced it well, they advertised and ensured we had marketing flyers available. They made a point to touch base with every agent that brought a client it and provide us with immediate feedback. We understood the process and were educated about the closing process. Both were very well connected and I believe this helped drive traffic and the ultimate buyer. We used Chris and BJ to help us purchase our next home as well. During that deal, they listened well to our needs and did not waste our time on houses that we not close to meeting our needs. They’ve made a point to be in touch with us, even many years later as one never knows if we might need a great Realtor again.

 I bring over 32 years of specialized sales and appraisal experience in the luxury and exceptional home market. I have appraised, sold, and seen more luxury homes than almost anyone in the Scottsdale/Paradise Valley area so I am very comfortable working this environment where dicretion and experience are paramount. I have a network of contacts with other agents, builders, and lenders that is extensive. I have also renovated and built luxury homes, so I may pick up details in homes others would miss.  I hold the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designation and am a member of the Appraisal Institute holding the coveted SRA designation since 1990.  I am also an active member of the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce serving on several committees and recepient of the 2014 Rising Star Award. I am in the top 10% of Scottsdale area agents and hold the Guild Member CLHMS designation.  Interests include skiing, football, fly fishing, hiking, fitness, and pickleball.
